An added benefit from buying your Royal Batteries from BHG Power is that we offer you a Lead Rebate on all your old batteries. We disposed of your old batteries through Smelter that holds ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001. We recycle the batteries and provide you with a disposal certificate. Avoid legal implications to your company in the event the third-party contractor does not comply with the law.
All batteries collected by BHG Power Storage Solutions and recycled as part of the Government promulgated Environmental Health and Safety Act. The onus to dispose of these batteries becomes BHG Power’s responsibility. A Certificate of Recycling will avoid future legal implications to the company in the event the third-party contractor does not comply with the law. Without such a certificate, and as the owner and user of the battery, the Government can pursue several different against individuals or the company.
BHG Power registered by South Africa’s largest smelter, in terms of section 23 of the Atmospheric Pollution Prevention Act – 1965 for lead processes. The smelter also holds ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 Certifications and Accreditations for their Integrated Management System.
