Product Characteristics Royal 1150K:
No need to add Distilled Water to Royal batteries, it use special alloy calcium lead for minimal fluid loss (less than 1/10 of other batteries) meaning that there is no need to replenish distilled water throughout the life of the battery.
Strong Charge:
The use of calcium alloy grids and low resistance envelope separators means that Royal batteries have 20% improved charging ability compared to other batteries, even during intense heat or cold.
Low Rates of Self-Discharge:
Calcium alloy grids provide prompt turnover even after long periods of standing.
Mounted Hydrometer Royal 1150K:
A mounted hydrometer allows you to check the status of the battery. Green means battery is fully charged, black indicate the needs to be charged and white indicates the end of the battery’s life expectancy.
Long Life:
Special alloy grids prevent corrosion and extend the life of the battery (with) making it the economically practical choice.
Cold cranking amperes (CCA) is the amount of current a battery can provide at -18 °C.
Hot cranking amperes is the amount of current the battery can provide at minus 26.7 °C.
A low reading means that sulfate is bound to the battery plates and that the battery is discharged. Upon recharge of the battery, the sulfate returns to the electrolyte.
