• Measure internal measure (mOhm) to assess battery health
• Record voltage (VDC) to determine charge and condition
• Measure temperature (°C) for early signs of overheating or failure
• Provide Pass/Fail and Warning (Approaching End of life) results against manufacturer specifications
• Save and generate detailed reports for clear performance tracking

What’s Included in a Battery Test Report

When BHG Power performs a battery test, you’ll receive a professional report that includes:

• Site profile information – device ID, battery type, capacity, and test time
• Measured data – internal resistance, voltage, and temperature readings for each unit
• Pass/Fail and Warning (Approaching End of life) analysis – highlighting healthy batteries, those approaching end of life, and failed units
• A battery that cannot be measured – usually shows that the battery voltage is unstable
• Batteries can be tested while the UPS is online (If batteries is reachable)
• Recommendations – clear next steps to ensure continued system reliability
